In this course, you will strengthen the key communication and negotiation skills and abilities that are essential for career advancement. Considerable emphasis is placed on active learning via simulations/exercises and role-playing. These activities, supplemented by discussions and lectures, serve as catalysts for students’ growth in their oral and written communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skillsets. Prerequisite(s): Graduate Standing and Permission of MBA Director.
