Prerequisite: eCore Introduction Quiz This course integrates foundational concepts from individual and organizational behavior and leadership theories to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the principles for personal and professional success. It aims to develop students' essential skills to demonstrate the ability to think critically and solve problems typically encountered in professional settings. Students will investigate key aspects of professionalism including time management, communicating with diverse audiences, and working collaboratively. In addition, students will explore the expectations of working in a digitally connected society, the art of networking and interpersonal relationships, and the ethics of leadership within professional and community contexts. Opportunities for students to apply these principles will be provided via real-world scenarios and collaborative exercises, solidifying connections between academic theory and professional practice. By the end of the course, students will have gained a nuanced understanding of the factors that influence Business/Interdisciplinary organizational success, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary for future personal and professional success.
