The critical study and practice of public speaking emphasizing the art of rhetoric from a humanistic perspective. Areas of study include research and preparation, ethics, audience analysis, and presentation of speeches. Prerequisite(s): A minimum grade of "C" in ENGL 1101 or WRIT 1101.
