Analyzes the impact of the organization’s strategic sourcing decisions on the financial, social and environmental footprint of the firm’s supply chain. The focus of the course is to evaluate the strategic sourcing decisions available to a firm, the financial impact to the firm and its supply chain partners, along with an evaluation of the firm’s ethical practices. Prerequisite(s): Admission to the MS-LSCM program, or one of the following graduate certificate programs: Logistics and Transportation or Operations and Supply Management.
