Nursing care of the adult client in critical care settings with life threatening alterations in health. Emphasis is placed on the role of the professional nurse in the restorations and maintenance of health with clients and their families experiencing critical illness. Prerequisite(s): A minimum grade of "C" in NURS 3107. Permission of instructor.
