Using case studies, the course focuses on the analysis, formulation, and implementation of business strategies taking into account the environment (social, political, technological, economic, and global factors), industry and market structure, and organizational strengths and weaknesses. Prerequisite(s): Graduate Standing and Permission of MBA Director.
