Introduces students to the basic concepts of international relations, including those of war and peace, power, foreign policy, international organization, markets, demography, ecology, and the impact of information technology. Students will be provided with the necessary concepts, theories, and methods used in the discipline including quantitative analysis in order to gain a better understanding of the nature and problems of international relations. Prerequisite(s): POLS 1101 or POLS 2101. Cross Listing(s): INTS 3236.
