In conjunction with the Georgia Southern Dietetic Internship, this course provides the knowledge and skills for direct application in supervised practice experiences and other food and nutrition settings. Prerequisite(s): Acceptance in the Georgia Southern Dietetic Internship or permission of the instructor.
