Topics include the structure of carbohydrates, lipids, proteins, enzyme function, energetics of metabolism, and metabolic pathways relevant to nutrition. Does not count toward the major in biochemistry or chemistry. Prerequisite(s): A minimum grade of "C" in CHEM 3402.
