Particularly, the thorough financial analysis of two sport organizations competing in the same segment of the sport industry. The second half of the course focuses on macro management strategies. Content includes low-cost provider, differentiation and niche strategies and the analysis of Porter's 5 Forces Model of sustaining competitive advantage.
