In this course, you will develop and improve your leadership skills and knowledge, allowing you to better understand yourself and others at work and positioning you for career growth and advancement. Particular emphasis is placed on developing a knowledge base built on existing theories of leadership and motivation, exploring and articulating your own skills and development as a leader, building and leading diverse teams, and coaching and mentoring team members to drive performance and achieve goals. Prerequisite(s): Graduate Standing and Permission of MBA Director.
