A survey course of the fundamentals of human resource management in organizations. The basics of human resource management systems, policies, and practices relative to functional areas such as workforce planning, employment, compensation and benefits, employee and labor relations, occupational health, safety and security will be covered. Prerequisite(s): A minimum grade of "C" in MGNT 3130.
